Pricing
We have 2 ways of pricing.
The first is with a Percentage of price paid.
The second is with an Annual/Monthly flat fee.
To begin, if you do want us to buy on your behalf, but don’t want to pay a flat fee, we add a 10% markup on everything you buy from us.
Once you start spending £50,000 or more with us per year, you should consider taking on a flat Fee, because when you start paying a flat fee our value to you begins to increase.
The way it works is, you estimate your next year’s spend, and we charge you a fee based on the value. You are allocated a maximum spend for your banding.
So you get a year of our service, up to the value of your banding.

So, what happens if an order goes over the band value?
We aren’t heartless. We will still process your order if it goes over the spending cap by up to 1% of your annual spend or 10% of your current order value, whichever is lower.
Eg.
1. If your limit is 85k, and your order is £10k, you can go over your limit by £850 in one order, because that is 1% of your annual limit.
2. If your limit is 85k, and your order is £7k, you can go over your limit by £700 in one order, because that is 10% of your total order value.
What happens if you've gone over your threshold, but you have time remaining on your years’ service.
First, we will notify you that your limit has been reached.
Then one of two things can happen.
1. you can continue purchasing with the flat 10% added to each order
2. You can start another year early and we restart the timer. This gives you a chance to re-evaluate your purchasing needs over the following year. We will discuss with you whether you are still in the most appropriate band.
